Irregularly proliferating small and dilated glandular component with occasional intracellular mucin. Tumor cells have hyperchromatic nuclei. Desmoplastic stroma is noted. Mitotic figures and necrosis are abundant. The findings are consistent with pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
