Keratinizing squamous cell carcinoma;
The malignant cell form nests of epithelial cells with high nuclear to cytoplasmic ratio. The nucleus show marked nuclear polymorphism with irregular chromatin and abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm. Keratin pearl formation and also noted are individual keratinized malignant cells.
