Consistent with cholangiocarcinoma with diffuse rhabdoid changes.
The tumor is composed of dispersed non-cohesive markedly atypical large cells that have rhabdoid appearance associated with mitosis. No glandular configuration is identified.
In another passage that have similar morphology the tumor is positive for CK19 and vimentin, and occasionally positive for CK7.
