High grade mesenchymal tumor with remnants of the spindle appearing cells with highly pleomorphic nuclei and myxoid background. Most tumor cells have vacuolated cell cytoplasm with nuclear cytoplasmic invagination. Occasional multinucleated cells are also noted.
