Notes
The tumor is composed of glandular differentiation and nests of glands with back to back gland formation. Occasional nests of small glands are noted. Nuclear pleomorphism is noted and occasional bizarre multinucleated cells. Mitoses are conspiuous and some of them atypical. The stroma is primarily composed of fibroblasts and inflammatory cells. An area of necrosis is seen.
