Notes
The tumor is composed of glandular differentiation and nests of glands with areas of back to back gland formation. Manyl nests of small glands are noted. Nuclear pleomorphism is noted. Mitoses are conspiuous and some of them atypical. The stroma is primarily composed of fibroblasts and inflammatory cells. A large area of necrosis is seen.
