Notes
The tumor is composed of glandular differentiation and nests of glands with areas of back to back gland formation and nests of small glands. Nuclear pleomorphism is noted and occasional bizarre multinucleated cells. Nucleoli are prominent. Mitoses are conspiuous and some of them atypical. The stroma is primarily composed of fibroblasts and inflammatory cells. Areas of necrosis are seen.
