Notes
The tumor is composed of glandular differentiation and nests of glands with areas of back to back gland formation and nests of small glands. Nuclear pleomorphism is noted and occasional bizarre multinucleated cells. Mitoses are conspicuous and some of them atypical. The stroma is primarily composed of fibroblasts and inflammatory cells. An area of necrosis is seen.
