Poorly differentiated invasive ductal carcinoma of breast with necrosis and foci of calcification. The tumor is composed of sheets of tumor cells with less than 5% neoplastic glandular structure. There is marked variation in cell size with marked nuclear pleomorphism with hyperchromatic nuclei and course chromatin. Occasional mitotic figures are noted. Fine intervening stroma is seen with many infiltrating lymphocytes are also seen.
