Notes
This is a poorly differentiated carcinoma of similar morphology to the P0 images. The tumor cells are closely packed and arranged in syncytial sheets and cords with scant fibrovascular stroma. Nuclei are highly atypical with prominent nucleoli. Mitoses are frequent and some of them are atypical . Area of necrosis is noted.
