Notes
This is a high grade carcinoma of similar morphology to the P0 images. The tumor cells are closely packed and arranged in sheets and cords with scant fibrovascular stroma. Nuclei are highly atypical with prominent nucleoli. Mitoses are frequent and often atypical . Area of necrosis is noted.
