Notes
Keratinized squamous cell carcinoma.
Tumor show foci of invasion, with area of keratin pearl formation. Tumor cells are characterized by large cells with moderate amount of eosinophillic cytoplasm with amorphous intracellular material indicating keratin formation, nuclear enlargement and hyperchromasia. Occasional atypical mitotic figures are noted.
