Notes
High-grade urothelial carcinoma. There is distinct papillary growth architecture with persistent papillary remnants. Occasional solid areas of tumor growth is noted. Tumor cells are large and irregular with pleomorphic nuclei and prominent nucleoli. Rare multinucleated and numerous atypical forms are noted. The section shows rare foci of exophytic growth pattern showing delicate papillae with fibrovascular cores. Squamous cell differentiation is not prominent.
