Moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma: The specimen consists of islands of tumor cells infiltrating the stroma. The tumor cells is composed of moderate pink cytoplasm and round nuclei with prominent nucleoli. Rare mitosis and pleomoprhic cells are present. Intracellular bridges and keratinization is evident.
