Endometrioid adenocarcinoma: The tumor consists of back to back crowded glands forming cribriform architecture. The tumor cells have moderate cytoplasm and oval to round nuclei with granular chromatin and some with prominent nucleoli. No solid areas, mitosis, necrosis or areas of squamous differentiation is identified. The stroma shows mixed inflammatory infiltrate.
