Endometrioid adenocarcinoma: The tumor consists of back to back crowded glands forming cribriform architecture. The tumor cells have moderate cytoplasm and oval to round nuclei with granular chromatin and some with prominent nucleoli. No solid areas or squamous differentiation is identified. Rare mitotic figures and abundant areas of necrosis is present.
