Notes
Poorly differentiated invasive ductal carcinoma of breast. The tumor is composed of sheets of tumor cells with less than 5% neoplastic glandular structure. There is marked variation in cell size with marked nuclear pleomorphism with hyperchromatic nuclei and course chromatin. Occasional mitotic figures are noted.
