Notes
Poorly differentiated invasive ductal carcinoma of breast. The tumor is composed of sheets of tumor cells with no glandular structure. There is marked variation in cell size with marked nuclear pleomorphism with hyperchromatic nuclei and course chromatin. Mitotic figures and necrosis are noted. Fine intervening stroma is seen with many infiltrating lymphocytes are also seen. IHCs show tumor cells positive for KU80 and CK.
