Irregularly proliferating small glandular component with occasional intracellular and intraluminal mucin. Tumor cells have hyperchromatic nuclei and prominent nucleoli, and there are mitotic figures and a large area of necrosis. The findings are consistent with pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
