Metaplastic spindle cell carcinoma of breast. The tumor is composed of sheets of tumor cells with less than 5% neoplastic glandular structure. Majority of the tumor is composed of neoplastic appearing plumped high grade spindled cell. There is marked variation in cell size with marked nuclear pleomorphism with hyperchromatic nuclei and course chromatin. Occasional mitotic figures are noted. Fine intervening stroma with many infiltrating lymphocytes are also seen. The glandular component is positive for GATA-3 and GCDFP-15
