Adenocarcinoma consistent with Pt's diagnosis of breast carcinoma.
The tumor is composed of malignant epithelial cells that contain many small glandular/tubular formation as well as clumps of cells with moderate nuclear pleomorphism and occasional mitoses. There are areas of necrosis and many apoptotic cells.
