Adenocarcinoma consistent with Pt's diagnosis of breast carcinoma.
The tumor is composed of malignant epithelial cells that are arranged mostly as broad sheets of cells with moderate nuclear pleomorphism and frequent mitoses. There are areas of necrosis and many apoptotic cells.
