Moderately to poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, consistent with endometrioid endometrial carcinoma.
The tumor is composed of diffuse proliferation of glands lined by columnar epithelium that show large nuclei, occasional nucleoli and moderate cytoplasm, associated with mitoses. The glands are arranged in closely apposed groups and intertwining pattern.
