Neuroendocrine tumor NOS;Tumor section consist of large necrotic area, which is commonly seen in small cell lung carcinoma due to high proliferation. There is presence of chromatin diffusion following necrosis, however, there is no accumulation of chromatin around the vessels. Occasional mucinous cells are noted among the tumor cells, which raises the possibility of combined small cell carcinoma. The tumor cell morphology similar to P1.
