Moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma of colon: The specimen consists of back to back glands arranged cribriform pattern. The tumor cells has pencillate and overlapping nuclei with finely dispersed chromatin. Intracellular mucin is identified. Rare mitotic figures are present. Areas of dirty necrosis is present.
