Adenocarcinoma consistent with colorectal carcinoma.
The tumor is composed of malignant glands lined by columnar epithelium that have large nuclei, occasional nucleoli and moderate cytoplasm associated with loss of polarity and mitoses. The glands contain necrotic debris, and are mostly arranged in cribriform pattern in a background of large necrosis.
