Tumor consists of complex, branching, randomly oriented papillae with fibrovascular cores and areas of follicular architecture . Tumor cells show nuclear enlargement, elongation and overlapping with occasional ground glass nuclei, nuclear grooves and nuclear pseudoinclusions.
