Malignant epithelial neoplasm, consistent with breast carcinoma.
The tumor is composed of sheets of poorly differentiated epithelial cells with no glandular or tubular formation. The cells have pleomorphic nuclei with occasional small nucleoli and scant to moderate cytoplasm, many with clear cytoplasm. Mitosis is easy to identify. The tumor is positive for Ku80.
